I have a heavy shedding dog and needed a lint remover small enough to carry, but strong enough to pick up the dog hairs. This roller meets my expectations!! It picks up quite a bit before the next cleaning. Since it picks up so much, I avoid just washing it all down the drain by lightly rinsing the roller and rubbing the hairs/lint off.
I love the size of this product. The case that it comes with makes it convenient for travel and cleaning it is a breeze.

What happens if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?
